IN HER OWN WORDS:

I have been in love with fashion from the day I was born. Life has taken me here and there in a woven path by choice and not of my consent, but this fact has led me to this very point as a designer in NYC. I take the bad and good and say because of both I have arrived to were I am the happiest. I come from a long line of seamstresses, artists and builders. A family based in love and hard work has taught me from a young age that if you want to have your dream be a reality, no one can do it for you. You must make it happen. My Papa always says, "if you want it done right do it yourself".

My first collection was "The Hunt Club" collection. I based my designs on my second love, horses. So cliche, I know. I grew up with horses; my Uncle raised Arabians. I always loved the way the horse tack was so functional but absolutely beautiful in its design. So I based my first line on this idea. To make bags that fit the needs of a woman with out compromising the beauty of the design. It became the base for all my bags. I design and hand sew all my first samples.

My second collection is "Grease and Metal". I had time to plan and wanted to play with making it a full collection with my first debut of a men's line. This inspiration came from my vintage 1976 CB 550 motorcycle. I kept true to my original designs but used motorcycle inner tube and patent leathers throughout the collection. I paired it with silk and chiffon to soften the hardness of the bags. It is one of my favorite collections. There will be many more to come.

How would you describe your collection ?

In one word my collection would be " the inner me" that's three lol umm "

“vulnerable" this collection shows my soul,my under belly so to speak
